ECEC 100 - Curriculum 1 (3.0 credits)
In this course students will study children’s explorations throughout early childhood curriculum areas in order to understand how play enhances children’s learning and development. Students will develop beginning competencies in documentation, responsive planning and play space design.
Prerequisites: HDEC 100 , HDEC 101 , HDEC 102 Pre- or Co-Requisites: ECED 101 Non-Course Prerequisites: Criminal Record Check Schedule B works with “children” or works with “children and vulnerable adults.” Admission to the Early Childhood Education and Care Diploma Program. Restrictions: Must be in an ECE or Human Services program (ECEC2,WIL, LTD,HSPD2,VISIT.EC)
