SOCI 102 - Introduction to Sociology II

(3.0 credits)

This course is a continuation of SOCI 101 . The focus is on an analysis of the structure and functions of social institutions and an examination of our changing society, with emphasis on current issues of importance to society (e.g. war and peace, population control, the environment, and social change).

Prerequisites: SOCI 101 - Introduction to Sociology I  or consent of the instructor
