ITEC 241 - Data Communication and Network Infrastructure (3.0 credits)
This course familiarizes students with all aspects of computer networking technologies and network operating systems. The emphasis is on practical applications of networking and computer technology to real-world problems. This course will prepare students for entry-level jobs as networking technicians and prepares them for learning more advanced topics in networking.
Prerequisites: Students in the Post-Degree Diploma in Information Technology Management or the Interactive and Digital Technologies Diploma or the Associate of Science in Computing and Information Science programs: None
